The majestic Dom (Cologne Cathedral)
The majestic Dom (Cologne Cathedral)

When you hear about Cologne, it is almost synonymous to The Dom a.k.a The Cologne Cathedral. The Dom is indeed majestic, and the stories on how it was completed over 600 years is amazing. But there is so much more to Cologne than The Dom. There is so much history in its streets. We came across numerous interesting gems during our walking tour. I'm telling you, a walking tour is the way to go. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia, and he was from Iceland. He was able to lead us to some amazing coffeeshops and restaurants. I find it so enriching to get to interact with people from all over the globe.
